We source organic, non-GMO varieties of blue and yellow corn from farmer’s that care for their land and our rivers. We then slow cook the whole corn kernels for hours until its ready for the stone grinders. And just like the Mayans, we then stone grind the cooked kernels using volcanic rock to produce the corn masa that is turned into tortilla chips.
